Jade is a Board-certified Behavioral Sleep Medicine specialist and researcher at the Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Wu is a frequent contributor to outlets such as NPR, Scientific American, and Huffington Post. She also hosts the popular Savvy Psychologist podcast and provides scientific consultation to companies that want to democratize sleep health. In the clinic, Dr. Wu uses evidence-based non-medication treatments to help people overcome insomnia and other sleep disorders. Her approach is grounded in both science and compassion, so that her clients are empowered to live healthier and more fulfilled lives.




Lauren co-founded Inner Dimension TV, an online streaming service for yoga, meditation, and personal development. She co-created the online yoga program “Yoga 30 for 30” which has been downloaded in all 50 US states and over 44 countries. Lauren co-authored Holistic Yoga Flow: The Path of Practice and was the associate producer of the award-winning series “The Ultimate Yogi.” She is on the faculty at 1440 Multiversity and travels internationally for workshops and festivals teaching signature Holistic Yoga Flow masterclasses.

Cynthia Sass is a registered dietitian, nutritionist, three-time New York Times bestselling author, and Health’s contributing nutrition editor. Sass has consulted for five professional sports teams in the NBA, MLB, and NHL, and has privately counseled Oscar, Grammy, and Emmy winners, CEOs, and pro athletes in numerous sports. In addition to Master’s Degrees in both Nutrition Science and Public Health, Cynthia is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Certified Plant Based Professional Cook, with formal training in mindfulness meditation. Sass has appeared on The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Rachael Ray Show, and many others. Through her private practice, Cynthia works with clients in Los Angeles and virtually. Her specialties include plant-based eating and nutrition for optimal mental and physical performance.

Angela Holliday-Bell, MD is a Certified Clinical Sleep Health Specialist and a Board Certified Pediatrician. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois, but now resides in the Washington D.C metro area where she provides her sleep services and practice as a Primary Care Pediatrician. Angela has had a love for sleep for as long as she can remember, and after she started to suffer from insomnia during her medical training, she realized just how vital sleep was to living a happy and productive life. As Angela started to hear her patients, family members and friends also complain about their sleep, she knew there was a bigger issue and one that she wanted to help address. So she obtained her Certification in Clinical Sleep Health and started The Solution is Sleep, LLC to help people everywhere live happier and healthier lives one night at a time.

Kileen works full-time as an engineering manager and software developer in the finance industry and always get excited about the creative aspect of problem-solving.
